In October 1995 we took on the financially troubled Westgate hotel and transformed it into a successful low budget 3 star hotel and re-branded it The West's Motor Inn. From 3rd quarter 2007 with completion of adjoining development of upmarket serviced apartment annexes (Hibiscus and Jasmine Wings) and the amalgamation of the old "Sandalwood Inn" (now transformed into deluxe suites and 250-seater conference/function centre), the re-branded total complex as the Group flagship 'HEXAGON INTERNATIONAL HOTEL & VILLAS" will put on offer diverse accommodation options with equivalent of 150 hotel -room capacity!
In November 1997 the group took over the operations of Melanesian Hotel from the leased operators and over two years spent in excess of $1.5m dollars to transform this into a combination of overnight and family style motel now renamed the Grand Melanesian Hotel, with special appeal to Regional Island traffic and tourists in search of affordable accommodation and friendly Island spirit!
In April 2000 the group took over the operations of a lavish and up-market oasis in Labasa (Island of Vanua Levu) known as the Grand Eastern Hotel. As the only escape "haven" in the town of Labasa, this hotel is popular both to business travellers and tourists.
In April 2002 the Hexagon Group of Hotels opened the doorss to its new Villa Resort near the Wailoaloa Beach Nadi - Grand West's Villas -offering upmarket family accommodation in a private and exclusive village concept.
